Nicolas Victor Noak

Lupe [1]

Nicolas Victor Noak studied international economics and politics in Passau, Bamberg and Pavia. He has worked in management consulting for digital change and innovation management, where he supported companies and start-ups in their innovation capability and business model development.

Since February 2019 he has been a research assistant at the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, where he is a coordinator of the business plan seminar "Venture Campus".

His main research topics are well-being and mental health in the entrepreneurial process and the resulting effects and consequences for (individual) decision making and team performance and organization. Special emphasis is not only on the role and influence of mental illness (depression, burnout etc.) but also on the "Dark Side of Entrepreneurial Personality" (e.g. narcissism).

Together with his colleague Karina Cagarman, he works on practical implications, formats and methods that can support entrepreneurs' well-being and mental health in the start-up process.
