Attendees at Agile for Startups have been taught the Scrum terminology, practices, and principles that enable them to fulfill the role of Product Owner and Scrum Master on a Scrum team. Founders are typically the individuals who are closest to the "business side". They are responsible to run a company and to "get the product out”, are expected to do the best possible job of satisfying all the investors, clients and employees. They need to ensure that everyone knows the priorities and grow a productive culture, helping the rest of the team work together to plan, do, act and adapt. Scrum framework will help you with that and we will help you to adapt it to your individual organization.
