Our idea
Parametric Support provides comprehensive help in creating smart architectural designs. Smart architectural designs are inexpensive and high-performing designs that balance environmental, structural and financial aspects such as daylight availability, optimal floor plan layouts, geometry rationalization, adaptation of projects to building code, and cost-effectiveness. Parametric Support provides comprehensive help in creating smart architectural designs which guarantee maximized Return On Investment to real estate investors. We provide tools for optimization of the key features of the successful investment: choice of the best location, maximization of the rentable area and finding the energy-efficient shape.
