Malte Hager
Malte Hager studied (a.o.) International Economics (BSc) at Maastricht University and International Business Strategy (MSc) at the University of Amsterdam and HEC Montréal. After his studies he worked in an intrapreneurial position in the B2B IT industry. He was responsible for the internationalization of a Dutch software company, including market research, product development, market entry and positioning strategy, marketing and project management.
In 2017 he joined the Chair of EIM as research associate and conducts the business plan seminar Venture Campus. Moreover, at the Chair of Strategic Leadership and Global Management he is part of the consortium of the urban development project Distribute that is funded by the Ministry of Research and Education. Furthermore, he acts as Design Thinking coach in practical seminars, also in cooperation with the TU Institute for Regional Planning.
For his PhD, Malte researches strategies for and business model innovation in the Circular Economy.
